Description
LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to diverse patients in both in-person and telehealth settings. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing outcome-focused care. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered treatment. We emphasize ethical practice, empowerment, and high-quality care. This role offers structured support, clinical autonomy, and clear pathways for professional growth and leadership within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Document sessions and clinical decision-making in the EHR in a timely, compliant manner
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers for integrated care
Monitor patient progress using standardized outcome measures
Provide crisis assessment, safety planning, and appropriate referrals
Engage in regular case consultation and clinical team meetings
Maintain highest ethical and professional standards in all clinical work
Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives
Clinical assessment and diagnosis
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or similar modalities
Treatment planning and care coordination
Suicide risk assessment and crisis intervention
Telehealth service delivery and digital literacy
Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
Outcome measurement and data-informed care
Ethical decision-making and professional boundaries
Interdisciplinary team collaboration

Current, unrestricted Psychologist license in practicing state
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from accredited program
Completion of supervised clinical internship/postdoctoral fellowship
Competency in evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology
Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
