Description
LifeStance Health seeks a Psychologist to provide evidence-based outpatient mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and create personalized treatment plans for a diverse caseload. Care is offered through both in-person and telehealth appointments, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. LifeStance emphasizes empowerment, quality, and ethical, patient-centered care, offering robust clinical support and clear pathways for professional growth and advancement.Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy to diverse patients
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes
Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office sessions
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers on integrated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR system
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
Uphold ethical standards, patient-centered care, and cultural sensitivity
Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
Contribute to a collaborative, empowerment-focused clinic culture

Eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels preferred
