LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will conduct psychological assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and create personalized treatment plans via in-person and telehealth visits. Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy to diverse patients
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
Deliver care through both telehealth and in-office appointments
Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals on care plans
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR system
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and peer collaboration
Uphold ethical standards and patient-centered, culturally competent care
Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities

Familiarity with HIPAA and relevant state regulations
