Description
LifeStance Health seeks a Post Doctoral Fellow Pediatric/Psychologist to provide outpatient care for children and adolescents in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment. Under licensed supervision, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, psychological testing, and evidence-based therapy via in-person and telehealth visits. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and families to develop treatment plans, ensure continuity of care, and uphold clinical excellence. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and administer/interprete psychological tests
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Document clinical work in the EHR in a timely, compliant manner
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care, and families on care plans
Deliver services via in-person and telehealth formats as appropriate
Participate in regular supervision and case consultation
Monitor risk and implement safety planning and crisis procedures
Engage in continuous learning to maintain best-practice standards
Contribute to a patient-centered, culturally responsive care environment
Pediatric psychological assessment

Experience with pediatric diagnostic assessment tools
