Neuro-Ophthalmologist
Location: Downstate, New York

• Provide comprehensive neuro-ophthalmic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and manage complex conditions
• Work within a high-acuity referral base
• Access to state-of-the-art technology
• Strong clinical support including photographers, visual field technicians, and research coordinators

• Faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor level (non-tenure track)
• Fully integrated residency program with 3 residents per year
• Opportunities for research collaboration, including access to a dedicated translational research center

• Ophthalmology group: 16 full-time / 5 part-time physicians
• Subspecialties include retina, glaucoma, cornea/refractive, oculoplastics, pediatric ophthalmology, and neuro-ophthalmology
• Integrated optometric services
• Access to a Center for Ocular Therapeutics supporting translational research initiatives

• Salary range: $315,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• Full-time position (non-tenure track, FLSA exempt)
• Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
• Opportunity for senior faculty appointment based on experience and qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) in Ophthalmology or Neurology
• Fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology
