Description
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, interpret test data, and provide evidence‑based recommendations for patients with cognitive, neurological, and psychiatric conditions. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams, contribute to differential diagnoses, and support treatment planning and rehabilitation. Additional responsibilities include timely documentation, patient and family education, and participation in quality improvement and case conferences within a supportive, innovative clinical environment.Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for diverse patient populations
Administer, score, and interpret standardized cognitive and psychological tests
Integrate clinical history, test data, and medical information to guide diagnosis and treatment
Prepare clear, timely, and clinically useful written reports and documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other providers in case conferences and care planning
Provide feedback and education to patients, families, and care teams regarding cognitive findings
Contribute to development of individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement, program development, and clinical meetings
Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and institutional standards of care
Supervise or mentor trainees as appropriate to experience and program needs
Neuropsychological assessment

Report writing and documentation

Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency

Board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-CN preferred)
Completion of APA-accredited doctoral program in psychology
Completion of APA/CPA-accredited clinical internship
Two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology (preferred)
BLS/CPR certification (as required by hospital policy)
