Description

LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist Post-Doctoral Fellow to provide outpatient therapy, assessment, and diagnostic services for children, adolescents, and adults. In this supervised training role, you’ll deliver evidence-based treatment, conduct psychological testing, document care in an EHR, and collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based approaches
Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and clinical documentation in the EHR
Deliver services via both in-person and telehealth modalities as appropriate
Participate in regular supervision and case consultation with senior clinicians
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other team members on coordinated care
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety planning when needed
Engage in outcome tracking and quality-improvement processes
Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards
Contribute to a patient-centered, mission-driven clinical culture
Clinical interviewing
