Description
LifeStance Health seeks a Child Psychologist to provide evidence‑based assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and families across in‑person and telehealth settings. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, schools, and families, and maintain thorough clinical documentation. You will deliver patient‑centered care aligned with high ethical standards, participate in case consultations, and contribute to quality and outcome‑focused initiatives while pursuing professional growth and advancement opportunities.Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents
Provide individual, family, and group evidence-based psychotherapy
Develop, implement, and regularly update patient-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care, and school professionals
Perform risk assessments and manage crises following clinical protocols
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record
Engage families in psychoeducation and treatment planning
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality initiatives
Deliver services via both telehealth and in-office appointments
Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for psychological practice
Child and adolescent psychological assessment
Diagnostic interviewing (DSM-5-TR)
Evidence-based child therapies (CBT, DBT, PCIT, TF-CBT)
Treatment planning and goal setting
Report writing and clinical documentation (EHR)
Risk assessment and crisis intervention
Family and parent counseling
Telehealth service delivery
Interdisciplinary team collaboration
Outcome measurement and data-informed care

Current CPR/First Aid (preferred)
