Company History
ISTE and ASCD enjoy a combined 125-year history as nonprofit organizations supporting the efforts of those in the education space. On January 1, 2023, both companies merged and became a stronger, technology-focused, and resource-rich international service for their members. The new company’s mission is to provide world-class professional learning solutions and cutting-edge technology resources to educators, administrators, and policymakers worldwide. It seeks to empower educators to make a lasting impact on their students and the educational system. ISTE+ ASCD offers its members a wide range of services and tools, from AI to opportunities to network and collaborate with fellow educators. Our members change lives, and we help them.
