Upper School English Teacher

Instruct, teach, & mentor students on a secondary (high school) level in various English language courses; Set goals for lessons and projects, prepare materials & classrooms related to grades 9-12 English grammar and literature incl. guiding student writing;  Follow the curricular criteria of SPS & teach using a variety of techniques that integrate tech. to facilitate learning & support diversity, equity, & inclusivity initiatives; Modify teaching strategies to fit student requirements & communicate w/parents & guardians about their development & the resources they require.

Req: Bach. Deg. in English, Literature, or a closely related field. Ed. equivalency may include a foreign degree. Any suitable combination of education, training, or related experience is acceptable to meet these requirements. Salary: $55,500/yr + standard company benefits.
