Description

Minerva Project collaborates with educational institutions, corporations, nonprofits, and governments to design and deliver transformational educational programs at the high school, higher education, and professional levels. Our mission is to nurture critical wisdom for the sake of the world, because nothing is more pressing than effectively equipping current and future generations to make wise decisions that positively affect society.

Minerva Project is on a strong growth trajectory fueled by the increased demand for improved learning solutions. We are looking for an Educational Research Analyst who will be responsible for conducting research on educational practices, student engagement and outcomes, and student, instructor, and administrator experience for Minerva Project partnership programs. This work will focus on higher education programs, but also support staff carrying our related work in high school and professional learning programs.

The person occupying this role will oversee survey data collection, analysis, and reporting for higher education partnerships, analysis and reporting of data collected in Minerva’s Forum(TM) learning platform, and collaborate with other key members of Minerva’s Academic, Product, and Program Success teams to identify new research opportunities and carry out educational research projects. In addition to measuring the efficacy and impact of Minerva’s partnerships, the Educational Research Analyst will also support efforts by Minerva faculty to conduct research on teaching and learning, including grant applications and data collection and analysis for research projects.

This is a remote position, and we prefer candidates based in or near US time zones.

Minerva Project endeavors for our team to represent the diversity of the partners and students we serve globally. We have worked with partners on six continents and our students come from every walk of life. We strive to create educational and professional environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging and can thrive. Our hiring process is designed intentionally to build a workforce that reflects our commitment that talent is equally distributed but opportunity is not. Members of all underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
